ABOUT THE PLAY
After being restricted in the Washington DC area since it first appeared 20
years ago, the hilarious, off-beat, comedy Greater Tuna is finally available,
and the Elden Street Players are the first to do it. We are seeking two actors
who will portray 20 male and female characters from fictitious Tuna, Texas. Each
actor, through quick costume, wig and characterization changes, will play 10
different characters. The result is a fast paced comedy that, while demanding,
gives the actors the opportunity to really stretch themselves.

About the Director: Bruce Follmer
Bruce Follmer has directed and performed in many shows throughout the
region. His most recent directing efforts at ESP were
The Smell of the Kill and
The Mystery of Irma Vep
which was recognized with nominations and honors by WATCH and the Ruby Griffith
awards. He also directed
Veronica's Room at ESP
which received similar recognition.
