Rumplestiltskin wishes a king’s baby to put in his pot so that he can rule
the hearts of men, filling them full of greed and leaving him to take over.
He discovers a miller’s daughter who will marry a prince if she can spin
straw into gold. When the King orders her to actually spin the gold, she is
left alone in despair. Rumplestiltskin suddenly appears and offers to spin
the gold for her. His price, her first born child. However, when the child
is born and Rumple come for him the Princess persuades him to give her
another chance. He offers her one change – she must guess his name. When at
the last minute she confronts him with his name he disappears forever.
