Current Cancellation NoticesAt this time, all Elden Street Players productions remain as scheduled. Cancellations are posted at least two hours prior to curtain time on the box office phone line (and on the web when possible).
ESP Inclement Weather PolicyMain Stage ShowsIn the event of inclement weather conditions, Elden Street Players will post show cancellation notices on our Inclement Weather line (703-481-5930 box 8) and on our website (if possible). We will only cancel performances if the safety of our cast and crew is jeopardized by the current or anticipated weather conditions. Cancellations due to weather are decided and posted at least 2 hours before curtain time. Please call 703-481-5930 after that time if you are concerned about a potential cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, no credit card charges will be processed. Refunds or exchanges will be made for any pre-paid tickets. We also recognize that audience members may be coming from greater distances and/or from more affected areas than our cast and crew members. Audience members may be uncomfortable traveling to the theater due to existing or anticipated weather conditions. Our normal ticket cancellation policies will be waived if by noon of the date of the performance: The National Weather Service has issued a severe weather warning for Fairfax County and the Washington, DC area that will impact travel across the region. Under these circumstances, audience members do not have to cancel their reservations before noon. If the performance does take place but the audience member does not attend, their credit card will NOT be charged and any pre-paid tickets will be refunded and/or voided to your credit card within three days. Audience members must make new reservations (including all information) if they wish to attend a future performance. If you pre-paid by cash or check, please leave a message on the box office line for a call back and we will process any refunds necessary in these conditions. Season subscribers may make new reservations for any remaining performance, in the event no remaining performances are scheduled, please leave a message on the box office line for an ESP representative to contact you. We hope that this inclement weather policy will relieve our audience from the pressure of having to make such decisions eight hours before the performance. This should allow you to make such decisions at a time much closer to performance time. The Elden Street Players appreciate the continued support of our audience members and we hope that this policy will some of the stress associated with inclement weather road conditions. Young Audiences ShowsThe inclement weather policy stated for main stage shows (above) applies to children's shows as well. The primary difference is that due to the matinee times, website updates will probably not occur. So, please check the box office line for young audiences (703-481-5930 box 3) and/or the inclement weather line (703-481-5930 box 8) for information on cancellations. Notices of cancellation will be posted at least two hours before curtain time. Refunds will be provided for any groups that have pre-paid for tickets if alternative performances cannot be provided.
